With his fate at the mercy of military officer Colonel Milfoil (Martin Sheen), who wants to exterminate the alien, and doctors Mullican (William O'Leary) and Hill (Jensen Daggett), who want to save him, ALF stages a comedic breakout and embarks on a madcap cross-country odyssey to finally get back home.
